Character design

So this is gonna be a short post. Just wanted to upload the character designs for the first part of my journey, the flash animation.

First steps

So the journey has started along with a whole lot of other stuff, all at once( such is the way of the universe)!
and i have started to pull things together. The project requres 5 one minute "works" and ive decided to dig deep into the skills i've learned through my course in multimedia. 5 works 5 different styles. Video, stop animation, flash animation, comics, and motion graphics.
Last year i found my feet in simple character animation( after a lot of trial and error, mainly error). Here are a couple of the character designs...







So, this is the kind of route im on at the moment, character based and funny

The begining of a Journey

So its that time of the year when us multimedia student expose the intricate details of our lives as multimedia students in a project called JOURNEY....
Ok, so we dont have to give away any secrets of our private lives, or expose any part of ourselves( sorry for the dissappointment),but the way i interpret the project, its the journey we have taken through our multimedia years, what we have learned and applying it to a projct that reflects our own individual design styles and hopefully create a great portfolio piece.
Id appreciate any crits, feedback, questions, and general comments about the journey, and the process work i will be posting.
